訂購程序 Ordering procedures
- 瀏覽產品,選定貨品。
- 如是首次使用網站,請先作簡單登記,免費成為會員。如巳是舊客?,請先登入。
- 將欲訂購之貨品根據網站指示 “加進購物車”;當選購完畢後,可點選 “結賬” ,訂單便完成並以電郵傳送給我們。
- 當我們收到電郵後,會由專人以電話或電郵聯略閣下,跟進訂單。
- 閣下可選擇以現金傳入我司匯豐銀行賬戶、信用咭或Paypal 等等付款。
- 當我們收到款項後,3天內貨物將根據閣下之登記地址寄出,當然閣下亦可直接到我司提取。
- 如選擇郵遞方法,郵費將由閣下支付,包裝物料由我們負責。並由專人聯略提供參考運費,一般都是以重量計算。

- Follow the instructions of our website and click the icon of “Add to Cart”
for purchasing your chosen products. Please click the icon of “check out”
when you finish. Your order will then be sent to us accordingly.
- We will contact you by telephone or via email for order confirmation.
- Methods of payment:
- Cash deposit to our HSBC A/C
- Visa / Master credit card
- Paypal
- The products will be sent to you within 3 days (according to your information
provided) after the settlement of payment is confirmed. Definitely, you may
pick up the product at our company.
- If you choose the method of delivery by post, the postage cost will be surcharged
(We will inform you the postage cost in advance). We will bear the packaging
cost. Generally, the calculation of postage cost is based on the weight of
the products.
取消訂購 Cancellation of Order
我們會在閣下付款後,3天內付運所訂貨品。 如果你在訂購後12小時內無論什麼原因改變主意,我們會接受電郵orders@beauty-holic.com
取消訂購。
The product will be delivered within 3 days after you settle the payment. We
do accept order cancellation in any circumstances within 12 hours through email
only (orders@beauty-holic.com).
退貨 Satisfaction Guarantee (Return and Refund)
我們有七天退貨退款保證。只要貨品還未被開封,你可在收到貨品七天內,要求退貨退款。
但若貨品已經被打開或使用過,我們則不能為你安排退貨退款。 我們的網站主旨是為那些曾經購買過或使用過我們貨品的顧客提供一個簡單便利的購物方法。顧客們對護膚品的特性、香水的氣味或化妝品的顏色應已有認識。
若貨品開封後發現有任何損毀或不妥,則可通知我們安排退貨退款。 退貨時,請附上下列資料:

7 days cash refund guarantee is offered. You can get the cash refund within
7 days in the condition of that the product has not been opened or used.
The aim of our website is to provide a simple and convenient shopping platform
for our customers who have purchased or used the products before, or who have
already known about the effects, smell, texture or colours of the products from
our company. Please inform us immediately when there is damage or faulty after
you open the product. Definitely, we will arrange cash refund as soon as possible.
Please ensure that any returned product is complete with all parts and accessories
and in its original packaging.
